The Identity was founded in 2017 by Mathias Pardo. Born in Paris in 1990 and raised in Tuscany, Mathias' passion for art was cultivated at a very early age in part to his families business, Galerie Pardo, where he was introduced and influenced by the master painters of the 16th and 17th century. He returned to Paris in 2009 to advance his passion for art and fashion by studying at the prestigious Studio Berçot where the basics of fashion aesthetics were established. 
These guidelines and attention to image have been the main focus when it came time to open Identity in New York. The approach was simple – think of managing talents with the sole focus of developing imagery. From there, the basic philosophy of a creative boutique is put into practice and trusted. Identity is a creative boutique to work on and develop different profiles while creating individual identities through photography of those represented. Special attention is given to each talent in order to harness their professional personalities and differentiate their characters. In an era of transition into the unknown and in the midst of a high demand for content creation and branding, Identity is a solid team of young creatives that comes from a dedicated generation.
