What’s your favorite saying in a language you’re learning?
I always end up having a favorite word in every language i learn. In English, my favorite word is “octopus.” It sounds mysterious and fun！I don’t know why, but it always makes me smile when i say it🤔
What memory stands out from a significant trip you’ve taken?
I was on my trip in Thailand last year. I went out alone one day and accidentally lost my phone. suddenly had no internet, couldn’t speak the language, and had no way to contact anyone — but so many cute local people helped me without hesitation. I just felt no matter where we come from or how different our backgrounds are, people’s hearts are still very close.
